Booking and Cancellation Policy
We look forward to booking your next appointment with us!
Please kindly note that we require a credit card to book and hold all appointments. To assist managing your
appointments, an automated confirmation will be sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We ask that you confirm your appointment at that time*.  We require no less than 48 hours to cancel all appointments. Cancellations within the 48 hour window or "no call/no shows" will be charged at half of the service booking charge. Cancellations related to an unforeseen illness will be considered. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
*Please note we reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.
